Logging In
Q:  How do I get a username and password to log into this Web site?

Q:  I forgot my password, how can I get it?
A:  Click on the "Forgot Password" option in the top right corner of the Home page, enter your Login ID and click on the submit button. Your password will be emailed to the email address you provided when you registered to use this Web site.

Q:  I forgot my login ID, how can I get it?
A:  Click on the "Forgot Password" option in the top right corner of the Home page. Enter your contact information in the text box provided, including your email address and telephone number. You will be contacted shortly for further assistance.

Q:  I have issues logging into the Web site with my username and password, what should I do?
A:  Click on the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of the Home page. On the "Contact Us" page, enter the required information. You will be contacted shortly for further assistance.


Literature Ordering
Q:  How do I order marketing materials on-line?
A:  Log in to the Web site, click on the "Shop for Marketing Materials" top navigation menu item and find the piece you want to order. Simply enter in the quantity you would like to order and click Proceed to checkout which will bring you to the shopping cart page. You may also view your order (shopping cart page) by clicking on View Cart. Once you verify your order, click Proceed to Checkout. This will bring you to the checkout page. It will ask you to verify your name and shipping address. Once you've verified everything, click on place your order. Your order will have been successfully placed and will be ready to ship within 5-7 business days.

Q:  How much are the marketing materials?
A:  The marketing materials provided by Allergan are free of charge. There will be limits set as to how many you can order at a time. If you exceed the limit, a message will pop-up and inform you that you have either exceeded your limit and/or provide the limit quantities.

Q:  How do I check the status of my marketing materials order?
A:  If you provide us with an email address when you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email when your order enters our system and then again when it is shipped. The shipping confirmation email includes a UPS tracking number that you can use at www.ups.com to track your package. If you do not receive a confirmation email or have additional questions about your order, please send us an email using the "Contact Us" page of this Web site (include "Literature Order Inquiry" in your message).
