Where can I get the LAP-BAND® System? All FAQ
 

To ensure the successful use of the LAP-BAND AP® System, we provide the LAP-BAND AP® System only to surgeons who have completed an Allergan-sponsored LAP-BAND AP® System workshop. Each LAP-BAND AP® System is intended for single use only.

To order LAP-BAND AP® Systems, call Allergan's customer service at 1-800-624-4261. Systems are sent directly to the hospital or outpatient surgical center.
